What does a sticker pack cost?

Sticker packs are priced by format, quantity, and fulfilment route. The dashboard shows the pack options available for your campaign before you order.

Are rewards extra?

YRQR does not charge per reward issued. Rewards come from your own inventory: codes, content, links, downloads, or other operator-provided value. The platform handles issuing and claiming.

What if I want a custom analysis profile?

Custom profiles sit in the Enterprise tier and are created with our help. They are for verticals or reporting needs not covered by the built-in profiles.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Upgrade when you need more campaign types, team access, profiles, or reporting depth. During v1, tier changes are handled by the YRQR team rather than automated billing changes.

Who owns the audio recordings?

You do.

How long do you retain audio?

Retention follows your campaign settings and our privacy policy. Ask us and we'll confirm the exact window in writing.
