Terms - DRAFT pending counsel review 2026-05-24

Draft launch terms for counsel review.

These draft terms describe the intended launch position for operators and participants. They are not final legal terms and must be reviewed by counsel before live commercial use.

Operator responsibilities

Operators are responsible for lawful campaign purpose, participant notices, venue or event permissions, reward promises, participant-content moderation, use of reports, and any local approvals needed before collecting responses.

Participant experience

Participant-facing terms should explain what is collected, whether rewards are available, what happens after submission, whether responses may be analysed by AI, and how someone can request support or erasure.

Rewards and fulfilment

Rewards come from operator-provided inventory or agreed partner mechanics. Sticker, print, or merchandise fulfilment depends on format, quantity, delivery location, production partner availability, and any separate reward conditions presented to participants.

Acceptable use and abuse reports

Campaigns must not be used for unlawful collection, harassment, spam, deception, or unsafe content. Abuse reports are handled through the launch support route agreed during onboarding.

Service availability

Launch campaigns may include agreed support windows, preflight checks, maintenance windows, and incident handling routes. Public service-level commitments will be stated only when packages and support terms are finalised.

Commercial terms still required

Final subscription, data processing, participant, reward, acceptable-use, payment, cancellation, liability, and fulfilment terms must be issued through the onboarding process before a paid or public campaign launches.
